Food
We offer a variety of popular pet food brands, including IAMS, ProPlan, Medical Gastro, and C/D. 

Some pets are more sensitive to food change than others.  If you prefer, you can bring your own pet food. 

There is no extra charge for a custom feeding program. 

If you are boarding for more than two weeks,

we purchase the pet food of your choice for the duration of your pet's stay.

Walking Service
 If you wish to keep your dog on a daily exercise schedule, you may want to take advantage of our walking service. Your dog will be walked for 10 minutes, enjoying the outdoors, and being the centre of attention of one of our animal care specialists.

Outdoor Runs
 If your dog is not being walked, this certainly does not mean they will not get out. Regardless of the size of their indoor kennel, all the dogs have a large 12'x5' run outside. They are leash walked out to these runs 2, 3 or 4 times a day, depending on the weather. The amount of time they spend outside also depends on the weather. No matter how much we like to think we are in control, it is really mother nature who determines the time outside.

Cats
 Although the majority of our guests are of the canine nature, we also board cats.

We have kennels suitable for 1, 2 or 3 cats; they are let out of their kennels 2 to 3 times a day.

We offer IAMS, Royal Canin and C/D cat food.  

Cats are also allowed to bring blankets, toys, and their own food if necessary.

There is no extra charge for a custom feeding program.

Exotic Pets (reptiles, etc)
We can accommodate exotic pets, as long as they are not poisonous or dangerous.

Vaccinations
 We do require that all our guests be fully vaccinated, and proof is a must.

It can be in the form of a certificate, or we can call your vet if you have lost or misplaced that certificate.

 Animals that are overdue for vaccines must be vaccinated at least 10 days before being boarded, or they will not be allowed to stay. We must protect the well-being of all our guests. We do not require dogs to be treated for Bordetella, but every little bit of prevention helps.  

 In the event of a problem, we do have a veterinarian on call, and he is always available if we have a concern.

Pet Transportation Services

 If you are moving, we can take care of all details, all paperwork, permit applications, veterinary requirements, airline approved crates, delivery to airport and airfreight, customs clearance and delivery to residence.
